Fans at Friday's league challenge between the United Lions (Armagh, PA) and the visiting Northern Cambria Colts (Northern Cambria, PA), saw United's basketball squad knock off Northern Cambria by a count of 52-33.

With the victory, United upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Homer-Center (Homer City, PA) to play the Wildcats in a Heritage challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Homer-Center lost 51-46 in their recent league challenge against Cambria Heights (Patton, PA)

Next up, the Colts play the Purchase Line Red Dragons (Commodore, PA) in a Heritage challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Northern Cambria will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Red Dragons come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 41-40 league loss to West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA).
