The Firebird now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dyett for a non-league contest on Monday, December 19. Phoenix Military will battle a Eagles team coming off a 56-27 league win over Agricultural Science (Chicago, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 8-2.
The (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Chicago Collegiate (Chicago, IL). The Lions come into the Chicago Public - Blue West contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Chicago Collegiate was routed by Chicago Tech (Chicago, IL), 71-27, in a league contest.
