Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Siuslaw Vikings (Florence, OR) and the visiting Waldport Irish (Waldport, OR), saw Siuslaw's basketball squad wallop Waldport by a count of 55-21.

With the victory, Siuslaw upgrades its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Kennedy (Mt. Angel, OR) to play the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 4-1.

Next up, the Irish play the East Linn Christian Academy Eagles (Lebanon, OR) in a 2A Valley Coast challenge, on Thursday, December 22. Waldport will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
