Nebraska High School Basketball - Loomis topped by Ansley/Litchfield

The Ansley/Litchfield Spartans basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the host Loomis Wolves to 31 in the Spartans non-league victory on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sandhills/Thedford for a D2 District 7 contest on Tuesday, December 20. Ansley/Litchfield will battle a Knights team coming off a 37-30 non-league loss to Sumner-Eddyville-Miller (Sumner, NE). The Knights record now stands at 3-2.

The Wolves (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hitchcock County (Trenton, NE). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 1-5 record.
