The Bishop Lynch Friars topped the host Sanger Indians basketball team by a final score of 63-54 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Friars face the Nolan Catholic Vikings (Fort Worth, TX) in a TAPPS 6A District 1 game, on Tuesday, January 3. Bishop Lynch will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Vikings enter the game with a 14-5 record after their 61-56 league win over Prestonwood Christian (Plano, TX).
With the defeat, Sanger moves to 14-5 on the year. The Indians host Aubrey (Aubrey, TX) to face the Chaparrals in a non-league game on Monday, December 19. The Chaparrals enter the game with a record of 8-11. Aubrey lost 33-21 in their recent non-league game against Decatur (Decatur, TX)
