With the win, Cardinal Gibbons upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Chiefs travel to North Broward Prep (Coconut Creek, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-2. North Broward Prep won 55-40 in their recent non-league bout against Somerset Academy - Canyons (Boynton Beach, FL)

Next up, the Sharks play the Riverview Sharks (Riverview, FL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. NSU University will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record.
