Catholic Central Hilltoppers (Burlington, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Messmer Bishops (Milwaukee, WI), 57-8 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Catholic Central upgrades its record to 3-5 on the season. The Hilltoppers travel to Dominican (Whitefish Bay, WI) to play the Knights in a Metro Classic bout on Thursday, January 5. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 7-0.

Next up, the Bishops play the University School of Milwaukee Wildcats (Milwaukee, WI) in a Midwest Classic bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Messmer will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
