The Omaha Nation Chiefs basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Oelrichs Tigers to 23 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Chiefs now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tiospa Zina for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 17. Omaha Nation will battle a Wambdi team coming off a 56-36 non-league win over Tiospaye Topa (Ridgeview, SD). The Wambdi record now stands at 3-1.
The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Tiospaye Topa (Ridgeview, SD). The Thunderhawks enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Tiospaye Topa was routed by Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD), 56-36, in a non-league contest.
