In Friday's non-league outing, the Sonoma Academy Coyotes (Santa Rosa, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Roseland University Prep Knights (Santa Rosa, CA), by a count of 50-21.
The Coyotes (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Upper Lake (Upper Lake, CA). The Cougars go into the North Central IV outing with a 8-1 record.
The Knights now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Willits for a North Central I outing on Tuesday, January 3. Roseland University Prep will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 36-22 league loss to Clear Lake (Lakeport, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-6.
