Organ Mountain Knights (Las Cruces, NM) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Carlsbad Cavemen (Carlsbad, NM), 28-12 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Organ Mountain upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Knights host Hobbs (Hobbs, NM) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Hobbs won 50-34 in their recent non-league bout against Centennial (Las Cruces, NM)

Next up, the Cavemen clash with the Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 17. Carlsbad will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
