Creekside Knights (St. Johns, FL) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Nease Panthers (Ponte Vedra, FL), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Knights confront the Tocoi Creek Toros (St. Augustine, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 19. Creekside will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Toros enter the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Mandarin (Jacksonville, FL).
The Panthers now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Atlantic Coast for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 20. Nease will confront a Stingrays team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Fleming Island (Orange Park, FL). The Stingrays record now stands at 5-3.
