Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC), 67-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cardinal Gibbons upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Crusaders host Garner (Garner, NC) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 4-1.

Next up, the Patriots clash with the Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 17. Pinecrest will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 49-45 non-league win over Box Elder (Brigham City, UT).
