In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Sonora Wildcats soccer squad scored a close 7-2 triumph over the Chavez Titans.
The Wildcats (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Calaveras (San Andreas, CA). The Redhawks come into the Mother Lode League battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Calaveras nudged McNair (Stockton, CA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
The Titans (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Bear Creek (Stockton, CA). The Bruins come into the San Joaquin Athletic Association battle with a 0-7 record.
