Connecticut High School Basketball - Stamford overwhelms Amistad

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Stamford Black Knights (Stamford, CT) and the host Amistad Wolves (New Haven, CT), saw Stamford's basketball squad wallop Amistad by a tally of 82-44.

With the victory, Stamford improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Black Knights host Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Kolbe-Cathedral won 87-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Norwalk (Norwalk, CT)

Next up, the Wolves play the Whitney RVT Owls (Hamden, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 21. Amistad will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
