In Saturday's non-league outing, the High Point Christian Academy Cougars (High Point, NC) basketball squad nipped the visiting Asheville Christian Academy Lions (Swannanoa, NC), by a margin of 1-0.

The Cougars (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Christian Academy (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Saints go into the non-league outing with a 8-3 record. In their last outing, Christian Academy got by Laurence Manning Academy (Manning, SC), 59-58, in a non-league outing.
