The Mora Mustangs (Mora, MN) basketball felled the visiting Brandon/Evansville Chargers (Brandon, MN), 61-42 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Rush City (Rush City, MN). The Tigers go into the AA Section 6 test with a 0-6 record. In their last test, Rush City was beaten by St. Cloud Cathedral (St. Cloud, MN), 82-67, in a league test.
The Chargers now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Henning for a A Section 6 test on Tuesday, December 19. Brandon/Evansville will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 70-38 league win over Lake Park-Audubon (Lake Park, MN). The Hornets record now stands at 5-0.
