Indiana High School Basketball - Brownstown Central trounces Mitchell

December 16, 2023: Brownstown, IN 47220

The Brownstown Central Braves (Brownstown, IN) basketball crushed the visiting Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN), 75-36 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Braves (6-1) will now prepare for their test against South Knox (Vincennes, IN). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, South Knox walloped Washington Catholic (Washington, IN), 76-23, in a league test.

The Bluejackets now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Orleans for a Patoka Lake test on Tuesday, December 19. Mitchell will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 51-48 non-league loss to New Albany (New Albany, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-2.
