Illinois High School Basketball - Collinsville overwhelms Metro-East Lutheran

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Collinsville Kahoks (Collinsville, IL) and the host Metro-East Lutheran Knights (Edwardsville, IL), saw Collinsville's basketball squad wallop Metro-East Lutheran by a tally of 68-33.

With the victory, Collinsville improves its record to 11-0 on the campaign. The Kahoks host Mater Dei (Breese, IL) to confront the Knights in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Mater Dei won 53-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Gibault Catholic (Waterloo, IL)

Next up, the Knights confront the Bowen Boilermakers (Chicago, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. Metro-East Lutheran will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record.
