California High School Basketball - Quartz Hill can't hold off Colony

The Colony Titans basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Quartz Hill Royals to 53 in the Titans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Titans now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bonita for a Palomares contest on Friday, December 22. Colony will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 68-57 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ). The Bearcats record now stands at 9-4.

The Royals (10-9) will now prepare for their contest against Knight (Palmdale, CA). The Hawks enter the Golden contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, Knight nudged Antelope Valley (Lancaster, CA), 64-24, in a league contest.
