The Jesuit Blue Jays (New Orleans, LA) basketball knocked off the visiting De La Salle Cavalier (New Orleans, LA), 58-47 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Blue Jays (13-1) will now prepare for their test against Thibodaux (Thibodaux, LA). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 5-7 record.
The Cavalier now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Archbishop Rummel for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 20. De La Salle will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 50-44 non-league win over Harrison Central (Gulfport, MS). The Raiders record now stands at 10-5.
