In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Mancos Bluejays basketball team scored a decisive 52-28 triumph over the Del Norte Tigers.

In their next game, the Bluejays face the Cedaredge Bruins (Cedaredge, CO) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 19. Mancos will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Bruins enter the match with a 1-4 record after their 63-52 league win over North Fork (Hotchkiss, CO).

With the defeat, Del Norte moves to 1-5 on the year. The Tigers host Center (Center, CO) to face the Vikings in a 3A/2A Southern Peaks match on Friday, January 12. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 1-5.
