The North Union Warriors basketball team (Armstrong, IA), was nudged 57-51 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies (Elk Point, SD)

The Huskies now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Viborg/Hurley for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 19. Elk Point-Jefferson will confront a Cougars team coming off a 79-35 league win over Irene/Wakonda (Irene, SD). The Cougars record now stands at 3-0.
