The Grapeland Sandies (Grapeland, TX) basketball crushed the host Joaquin Rams (Joaquin, TX), 69-48 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Sandies (8-7) will now prepare for their test against Tyler HEAT (Tyler, TX). The go into the non-league test with a 16-5 record. In their last test, Tyler HEAT walloped Cumberland Academy (Tyler, TX), 70-26, in a non-league test.
The Rams now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they host Garrison for a 2A Region III District 23 test on Tuesday, December 19. Joaquin will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 44-43 non-league loss to Spring Hill (Longview, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-4.
