The Hackensack Comets (Hackensack, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Passaic Indians (Passaic, NJ), 50-46 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Comets (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ). The Highlanders go into the Big North - Freedom test with a 2-1 record.
The Indians now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Seton Hall Prep for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 19. Passaic will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 63-54 league loss to East Orange Campus (East Orange, NJ). The Pirates record now stands at 0-2.
