In Saturday's non-league outing, the Rosemount Irish (Rosemount, MN) basketball squad edged the visiting John Marshall Rockets (Rochester, MN), by a margin of 62-61.
The Irish (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Eagan (Eagan, MN). The Wildcats go into the AAAA Section 3 outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Eagan was tipped by St. Thomas Academy (Mendota Heights, MN), 64-59, in a non-league outing.
The Rockets now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Osseo for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 21.
