Kentucky High School Basketball - Spring Valley can't hold off Knott County Central

The Spring Valley Timberwolves basketball team (Huntington, WV), was nudged 65-64 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Knott County Central Patriots (Hindman, KY)

The Patriots now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westmoreland for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 20. Knott County Central will battle a Eagles team coming off a 56-47 non-league win over Portland (Portland, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 8-2.

The Timberwolves (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Russell (Russell, KY). The Red Devils come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Russell was nudged by Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY), 72-58, in a non-league battle.
