Lowndes Academy Rebels (Lowndesboro, AL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lakeside School Chiefs (Eufaula, AL), 58-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lowndes Academy upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Rebels travel to Chambers Academy (LaFayette, AL) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Chambers Academy lost 49-35 in their recent non-league bout against Edgewood Academy (Elmore, AL)

With the defeat, Lakeside School moves to 2-7 on the year. The Chiefs travel to Glenwood (Phenix City, AL) to face the Gators in a non-league game on Monday, December 18. The Gators enter the game with a record of 7-4. Glenwood lost 59-45 in their recent league game against Valiant Cross Academy (Montgomery, AL)
