The Lavaca Golden Arrows basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Paris Eagles to 30 in the Golden Arrows non-league victory on Saturday.
The Golden Arrows now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mansfield for a 2A Region 4 contest on Tuesday, December 19. Lavaca will battle a Tigers team coming off a 67-64 league win over Western Yell County (Havana, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 5-5.
The Eagles (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Danville (Danville, AR). The Little Johns come into the 3A Region 4 contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Danville was routed by Cedarville (Cedarville, AR), 51-41, in a league contest.
