The Leola/Frederick Titans (Leola, SD) basketball nipped the host Waubay/Summit Mustangs (Waubay, SD), 58-51 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Titans (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD). The Battlers go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] was tipped by Warner (Warner, SD), 51-47, in a non-league test.
The Mustangs now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Ipswich for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 19. Waubay/Summit will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 54-49 non-league win over Webster (Webster, SD). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.
