Ohio High School Basketball - Norwayne tops Triway

Norwayne Bobcats (Creston, OH) supporters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their basketball team achieve victory over the host Triway Titans (Wooster, OH), 59-50 in a non-league battle.

The Bobcats now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rittman for a Wayne County battle on Friday, December 22. Norwayne will confront a Indians team coming off a 70-57 league loss to Hillsdale (Jeromesville, OH). The Indians record now stands at 2-3.

The Titans (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Canton South (Canton, OH). The Wildcats come into the Principals battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Canton South beat Dalton (Dalton, OH), 61-51, in a non-league battle.
