The St. Paul Academy-Summit Spartans (St. Paul, MN) basketball nipped the host St. Croix Lutheran Crusaders (West St. Paul, MN), 77-70 in Saturday's league test.

The Spartans (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Mounds Park Academy (St. Paul, MN). The Panthers go into the AA Section 4 test with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Mounds Park Academy nudged Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN), 77-66, in a non-league contest.

The Crusaders (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Two Rivers (Mendota Heights, MN). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Two Rivers was nudged by Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN), 66-58, in a non-league contest.
