California High School Basketball - San Pasqual can't hold off El Capitan

The El Capitan Vaqueros basketball team scored 57 points and held the host San Pasqual Golden Eagles to 54 in the Vaqueros non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Vaqueros now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mira Mesa for a non-league contest on Monday, December 18. El Capitan will battle a Marauders team coming off a 59-33 non-league loss to Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA). The Marauders record now stands at 0-1.
The Golden Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Poway (Poway, CA). The Titans enter the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Poway was nudged by La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA), 78-39, in a non-league contest.
