Emmaus Hornets (Emmaus, PA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Governor Mifflin Mustangs (Shillington, PA), 40-19 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Emmaus upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Allentown Central Catholic (Allentown, PA) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Reading Red KNights (Reading, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Governor Mifflin will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
