Liberty Common Eagles (Fort Collins, CO) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Jefferson Academy Jaguars (Broomfield, CO), 50-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Liberty Common upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Sterling (Sterling, CO) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 3. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Jaguars play the Colorado Academy Mustangs (Denver, CO) in a bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Jefferson Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
