In Saturday's non-league outing, the Moorestown Quakers (Moorestown, NJ) basketball squad edged the visiting Cinnaminson Pirates (Cinnaminson, NJ), by a margin of 35-30.
The Quakers (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Lenape (Medford, NJ). The Indians go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Lenape held off Bishop Eustace Prep (Pennsauken, NJ), 56-23, in a non-league outing.
The Pirates now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Pemberton for a non-league outing on Monday, December 18. Cinnaminson will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 58-21 non-league loss to Westampton Tech (Westampton, NJ). The Hornets record now stands at 0-1.
