Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Valley Vista Monsoon (Surprise, AZ) and the visiting Foothill Falcons (Henderson, NV), saw Valley Vista's basketball squad wallop Foothill by a tally of 66-34.

With the victory, Valley Vista improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Monsoon host West Point (Avondale, AZ) to confront the Dragons in a 6A West Valley challenge on Friday, January 5. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 2-10.

Next up, the Falcons confront the Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 18. Foothill will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Dolphins come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 74-60 league win over Los Angeles CES (Los Angeles, CA).
