The Spiro Bulldogs basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Hartshorne Miners to 57 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Warner for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Spiro will meet a Eagles team coming off a 46-33 non-league win over Red Oak (Red Oak, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 5-0.
The Miners (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Washington (Washington, OK). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Washington ran past Cashion (Cashion, OK), 60-44, in a non-league contest.
