North Carolina High School Basketball - Salisbury nudges Legion Collegiate Academy

In Saturday's non-league test, the Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC) basketball squad nipped the visiting Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC), by a margin of 58-51.

The Hornets (3-3) will now prepare for their test against West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Dragons go into the 1A/2A Central Carolina test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, West Davidson was tipped by North Davidson (Lexington, NC), 51-30, in a non-league test.

The Lancers now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Providence Day for a non-league test on Friday, January 5.
