The Wayne Badgers (Bicknell, UT) basketball crushed the host Merit Preparatory Academy Knights (Springville, UT), 52-29 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Badgers (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Escalante (Escalante, UT). The Moquis go into the 1A Region 20 test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Escalante was trounced by Grand County (Moab, UT), 41-29, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they host American Heritage for a non-league test on Monday, December 18.
