Maine High School Basketball - Monmouth Academy topped by Valley

The Valley Cavaliers basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Monmouth Academy Mustangs to 38 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Cavaliers now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Forest Hills for a D South contest on Tuesday, December 19. Valley will battle a Tigers team coming off a 30-26 league win over Temple Academy (Waterville, ME). The Tigers record now stands at 4-0.
The Mustangs (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against North Yarmouth Academy (Yarmouth, ME). The Panthers come into the C South contest with a 2-0 record.
