South Dakota High School Basketball - Warner winner over Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven]

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Warner Monarchs (Warner, SD) basketball squad felled the host Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] Battlers (Gettysburg, SD), by a margin of 49-37.

The Monarchs (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Northwestern Area (Mellette, SD). The Wildcats go into the B Region 1 outing with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, Northwestern Area was beaten by Roncalli (Aberdeen, SD), 64-38, in a non-league outing.

The Battlers now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Leola/Frederick for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 19. Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 44-41 non-league loss to Waubay/Summit (Waubay, SD). The Titans record now stands at 2-1.
