Alabama High School Basketball - Sand Rock routs Westbrook Christian

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Sand Rock Wildcats (Leesburg, AL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Westbrook Christian Warriors (Rainbow City, AL), by a count of 73-43.

With the victory, Sand Rock upgrades its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Spring Garden (Spring Garden, AL) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 11-0. Spring Garden won 48-31 in their recent non-league challenge against New Hope (New Hope, AL)

Next up, the Warriors play the Comer Tigers (Sylacauga, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 18. Westbrook Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 62-35 non-league loss to Bessemer City (Bessemer, AL).
