Mark Keppel Aztecs (Alhambra, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Orange Vista Coyotes (Perris, CA), 56-9 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mark Keppel upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Aztecs travel to Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Harvard-Westlake won 68-57 in their recent non-league bout against Birmingham (Lake Balboa, CA)

Next up, the Coyotes clash with the Canyon Springs Cougars (Moreno Valley, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Orange Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 41-5 non-league win over La Sierra (Riverside, CA).
