Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Marysville Indians (Marysville, CA), 54-26 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Placer upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Hillmen host Dixon (Dixon, CA) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 7-3. Dixon won 51-0 in their recent non-league bout against Elk Grove (Elk Grove, CA)

Next up, the Indians play the Gridley Bulldogs (Gridley, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 20. Marysville will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record.
