Wethersfield Eagles (Wethersfield, CT) fans left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the visiting Lyman Hall Trojans (Wallingford, CT), 6-3 in a non-league match.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT). The Lions enter the Central Connecticut - North match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Northwest Catholic tipped Darien (Darien, CT), 3-1, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Trojans clash with the New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, December 20. Lyman Hall will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Green Wave enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 7-3 league win over Masuk (Monroe, CT).
