The Alhambra Bulldogs basketball team (Martinez, CA), was overwhelmed 56-35 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Sonoma Valley Dragons (Sonoma, CA)
The Dragons now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rancho Cotate for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 23. Sonoma Valley will confront a Cougars team coming off a 57-56 non-league loss to Vintage (Napa, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-5.
The Bulldogs (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against Mt. Diablo (Concord, CA). The Red Devils come into the battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Mt. Diablo was overwhelmed by Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA), 46-41, in a league battle.
