The Cleveland Storm basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the host Bernalillo Spartans to 26 in the Storm non-league victory on Saturday.
The Storm now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Michael's for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 20. Cleveland will battle a Horsemen team coming off a 60-31 non-league loss to Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM). The Horsemen record now stands at 1-2.
The Spartans (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Farmington (Farmington, NM). The Scorpions come into the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Farmington prevailed over Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM), 67-20, in a non-league contest.
