Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs (Raleigh, NC), 68-44 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Cardinal Gibbons upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Rolesville (Rolesville, NC) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 3-2.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Corinth Holders Pirates (Wendell, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Southeast Raleigh will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Pirates come into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 45-34 league win over Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC).
