The Scituate Spartans basketball team (North Scituate, RI), was overwhelmed 57-17 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Cranston East Thunderbolts (Cranston, RI)
The Thunderbolts now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Portsmouth for a non-league battle on Monday, December 18.
The Spartans (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against North Providence (North Providence, RI). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, North Providence trounced Exeter-West Greenwich (West Greenwich, RI), 50-39, in a non-league battle.
