Kalama Chinooks (Kalama, WA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hockinson Hawks (Brush Prairie, WA), 76-55 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Kalama upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Chinooks travel to Seton Catholic (Vancouver, WA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 3-2. Seton Catholic won 88-18 in their recent non-league bout against Morton/White Pass (Morton, WA)

Next up, the Hawks play the Columbia Bruins (White Salmon, WA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Hockinson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Bruins come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 71-35 non-league loss to Montesano (Montesano, WA).
